My experience of Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra

To start with I would like to share my Vaishno Devi tour incident which still mesmerises me and leaves severals questiones unanswered .
I used to think why Vaishno Devi Shrine is so hyped. What is special there that millions of peolpe flock to it every year . May be because the temple
is located in a very serene beautiful place high in himalayas. Journey to the temple is exiciting n memorable so it works like a picnic spot where
people go in groups for trekking enjoying beautiful flora fauna just like any other hill station along with an added advantage of visiting a reknowned temple.
Though I m not an atheist but always used to doubt it and blind followers that there is something very special about this place and that devi still resides there in form of some stones called pindiyas. If there is god as it is said that he/she is omnipresent so why people endeavour these places in quest of divine
experience n blessings ? Some people say that there mannat(whishes) got fulfilled so they visit this place every year while some other say that feel divine experience but when asked what about this extra ordinary experience they filled to share something concrete. A lot many people say that if so many people go there
then there must be something special about it .May be but what that is ? Faith is not bound to logic and what one believes is what one believes, simple.
Is'nt it ?
In early 2009 when I was still a 3rd year engineering student studying in a college in Agra my mother told me that she wish to goto Vaishno Devi some day .
As I said above personally I had no inclination to visit this because of divine grandeur but was gald to fulfill my mother's wish as her happiness meant much to me.
I made a plan with two college friends. Booked tickets in a hurry and called her along with my younger brother to Agra even though our ticket to jammu was not confirmed.
In train we sat here n there as we had no confirmed seats .Problem started around 10 PM when jhelum express reached Delhi where huge croud boarded the train everybody demanding
their seats to rest in night . We were in constant touch with ticket collector to give us minimum one seat so that at least my mother can rest.He said that train is over crowded and so no empty seat is available. I was worried and  quilty of not able to make proper arragements while friends, brother n my mother all standing in running train trying to some how manage themselves and luggage.
Suddenly ticket collector came to me around 11 PM and to my surpise offered four berths and I gladly accepted it.
In the morning my mother had a severe headache in want of tea.Morning tea is an integral part of her daily routine and has become much of a habit. She starts household only after having a cup of tea.
One thing I forgot to tell you that my mother is great devotee of goddess Durga and every day puja is must for her .She wakes around 4 am takes bath, performs her puja which lasts around 6 am followed by a cup of tea
and house activities. Her health has been a major concern for last 20 years due to major neuro, ortho and several other problems .Her puja routine is only interrupted when is too weak to get up from bed or dizziness.
Now back to train, she drank several cups of tea sold by vendors but her headache failed to recede as tea sold by them hardly had anything like real tea. We started having litti (sattu stuffed bread iconic to Bihar) as breakfast
but had failed to bring sauce.Weather was cold and dry so litties were hard n difficult to swallow.
We caught one pantry staff and demanded for some sauce, seeing us eating litti he got excited and enquired about our home town. In conservation we came to know that pantry man was from my mother's neighbouring village. Happy to serve us he brought
plates overbrimming with sauce and when he came to know that my mother had headache for tea he went running retuning with a cups of tea. He said that this is special tea made of real dense milk unlike being sold by vendors and is only served to
railway employees. He was very friendly and helping, brought cultelts and samosas offering us for free !
As we reached Jammu he came again to help us, lifted as much luggage he could ignoring our all request not to take any trouble and asked us to follow to a restaurent visited by most of railway employees. He was a known figure in the there and
himself served lunch taking so much care of everything as if we were special guest to his home. He was even paying for our food but we did not allow him to do so .He asked the owner of the restaurant to take minimum as we were his close relatives.
He took only 100 rupees for unlimited food for five ! The food was very good and I thought what a treat  just reaching Jammu. My mother had to buy a shaul for the yatra so he took us to a known shop and bargained with owner for it. Finally
carrying maximum luggage himself he took us to bus stand to ply to katra, touched my mother feet and said to me that he can bring fresh apples to agra and I can collect from station.After exchanging phone numbers he left leaving me buffled as why as a stranger he took so much pain without having any benefit of it ? Even though he had
said that he can bring boxes of fresh apple whenever I want to, I was convinced that he is not going to do so . A gutt  feeling came to me that he is like a messanger of godess come to help only for this trip. Though my belief had no logic but it was true as he never picked my
phone nor he tried to call me ever after .

You may say that this is mere co incident, yes may be but lets move on the yatra had just started.

We stated our 14 km long yatra same night and though my mother was ill and weak she refused to a take a palanquin or pony . After about half a kilometer my mother got very tired and we had to take a break .After resting for 10 -15 minutes we started again but soon had to take second break. It was obivious as she even used to get tired soon walking on
flat, non inclined city roads and mountain climb required much more effort .Some how we climbed up to 2 km but by then she was totally exhausted and had no strength to go further.It was february month cold night in mountains adding to her problems. We rested there for some time so that she may regain some strength but her condition didt not improve much. Finally
she closed her eyes and started praying to the Goddess and soon we started again . She started slowly but soon gained unmatched pace leaving us all behind even after trying our best to match her speed. Next 12 km she travelled without a single break not slowing down for even for a moment ! So many times I asked her to take rest as myself desperately needed some but she continued. It was no less than a miracle . One may say that strong determination would have fuelled her to carry on but just determination only can do that ? Can I fly even if I m very determined ? I was bound to believe that there is someone who is helping her climb so fast as if flying. Tears rolled down my cheeks, I wished
my mother could always have this strength so that her life becomes less miserable.We reached around four in morning, had some rest and went to the temple after bath . As soon as we entered the temple it was closed for two hours and we were extremely lucky to be in temple for such a long time.While coming down I never left her hand as I was anxious
that she may tumble, she was coming down so fast ! At ardhkumari it started raining so we took shelter in a shop. Temperature was going down quickly so wanted to get down as quickly as possible, my mother despite all warm wollens clothes was shivering . We all were worried and decided not to goto cave as there was atleast 2-3 hours waiting.As rain stopped and we were about to leave
I saw an isolated vermillion box on bench with nobody near around. I decided not to take it but then my mother noticed and picked it, within a minute a red chunari came flying from some were and rested near my mother feet ! Every body was amazed by this miracle.
The yatra was a huge success, next day when we reached Jammu around 9 PM to catch train to Agra we came to know that due to bomb blast in Samjhauta Express, train is late by 5 hours and will depart from jammu at 4 AM. We all were tired and exhausted so fell asleep after dinner on the sation depite our every effort to remain awake .Exactly at 4 am I woke up somebody saying to me that dont you have to catch
train ? I woke in a flash saw every body deep sleep curled up in their blankets. I woke them up, collected all our belongings and ran for the train .It was jsut about to leave when we reached the platform but we managed to board in time .
So friends this way our miracalous Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra came to an end . So what you have to say ?
I just have to say one line - Jai Maa Vaishno Devi.

    I would like to share one incident related to Vaishno Devi. My neighbour grand mother had to go Vaishno Devi next day, she was cooking n suddenly oil fell on her feet she got burned. She was very sad that she will miss the chance of Maa Darshan , she prayed to goddess and next day is was absolutely fine with no marks of burn !!!

    I Totally Believe in the story! It is true,, There is no end to the love maa has for her children.I have experienced it myself.When I entered the cave where the pindis are,it was very crowded.so crowded that I could hardly catch a glimpse of the pindis and the pandits started saying "aage badiye,aage badiye,Auro ko aane de". I had hardly folded my hands and had to already turn back.I was very disappointed and in my heart said
    " maa..mein toh aapko dhang se dekh bhi nai paai". With a upset and disappointed heart I was walking out of the exit when suddenly a lady security guard called me and asked" darshan phir se karne hai?. I was so over joyed and said "yes!". She asked me to hurry and follow her.we walked towards the entry.She lifted the thick rope and asked me to quickly get in ,into the entry line!!. I was so overjoyed and so happy that I kept saying Jai mata di! jai mata di! with tears of joy rolling down my cheeks.I had the best darshan. There was surprisingly no crowd and the pandit smiled,as i am sure he had recognized me.He put a tilak on my head and when I looked at the pindis I felt the most loving feeling I have ever felt!. Love you soo much maa.I can never forget this miracle.I know you love me so much too!!

    Maa blessings are very important. My parents were looking for my marriage from last 3 years, but due to one or the other reason, my marriage was not getting fixed. In the month of June, I went to Maa Vaishno Devi temple along with my sister and brother-in-law. I cried a lot infront of Maa that Maa why is there so much of suffering? Why me and my parents are getting so much exploted by meeting different different people for marriage. Then suddenly my marriage got fixed in October. Jai Mata Di! Maa will give u what ever u want if you go to her with a pure heart and tell her all ur problems..

    Jai mata Di . In 2007 Maine maa vaishno se sirf yeh bola ki maa main itni badi ho gyi hoon aur abhi tak Maine apni maa vaishno ke darshan nhi kiye . kya mujhe itna bhi hakk nhi . so friends within 10 days maa vaishno ne mujhe aur meri family ko darshan ke liye bulaya. isse bada miracle koi ni ho sakta . Abhi main 13 Dec 2015 ko ja ke ayi hoon . ik month bhi ni Bua gye hue , but fir se Mann kr rha hai jane ko. Bas Kuch manga hai maa se woh mil jaye .aur jrur milega , kyuki maa vaishno hamein woh Kuch de sakti hai Jo hamein milna asambhav ho . So sache dil se bolo Jai Mata Di.

    Maa ab der na karo ab samay ni bacha intjar karne ka mere vishwas ko tutane se bacha lo maa mujh per daya kijiye maa, hamesha khoya hi per ab ni ab mujhe chahiye qki samay ni hi mere pass sachchi ho maa to mujh per kripa karo.ise mere sachche dil ki ardas samjho maa bahot akeli hu tum sath do maa meri sun lo mere vishwas ko tutane se bacha lo maa daya kro maa mujhe per daya karo sabka sath deti ho meri bhi bigadi bana do maa..apne jo ahsas dilaya hi mai use poora karungi maa ab meri sun lijiye kuch kijiye maa......................................

    hey maa bahut taklif se gujar rahan hun. bhaiyaa bimaar hain aur aaj koi bhi mere saath nahi kharaa hai. ek naukri thi wo bhi chali gayi. kya karoon maa kuch samajh nahi aa raha. bhiyaa aur maa ko dekhta hoon to dayaa aati hai. koi ek ek naukri dilanewala bhi nahi. itna bebas hoon maa kiske paas jaoon. madad karo maa bhaiyaajee ko theek kar do maa. jagrati didi ne bhi mera saath chor diya. aapke siwa mera koi nahi hai.

    u may be thinking what is this all about ?
    sharing on this plat form itself a chance to me to say i am one of the witness of maa
    being a south indian coming from deep south part of tamilnadu , one day as my life was in huge turmoil in my age of mid 47 , landed into many troubles couldnot find any solutions , had visited a lot of astro logers , taken suggestiond from lot of bhabas , moving into lot of big small and medium temples , and also in churches , synagogues and also masjids , finally became highly depressed and thought just not to do any thing and become an introvert and slowly the hope of my practsing religion hinduism started fading slowly and slowly , one day i decided that no way for me in this huge world , wht to do in life , how to end my problems coming out of my educational qualifications i decided now nothing is left then i approched a part of mind called shunya
    that day of 8-11-2016 i got a dream in the midnight , normally i donot get sleep upto 12 pm and would wake up at 5 am and felt bad of myself
    but that night i found myself very heat in my body no proper sllep and said god if you are present kindly end all thses problems and started praying and did not how i was asleep
    during that 1.5 hour fast sllep i got a dream in which i found a white colored beautiful woman with crown on her head and a smile on her lips calling me near her , i simply watched her immense beauty and got mesmerised and smiled back then she with her right hand called me near and warded me from some un known black images
    i felt am handled very smoothly by a love filled helping woman .i dozed slowly and woke up after one and half hour
    i was in a happy mood , my biody was light and i was finding a sort of mental releif ,slowly covering my soul
    i was awake upto 5 am then had a bath and i prayed to god to reveal what was it all about in the dream
    aroud 8 am my brother called up and said about kashmir and maa vaishno devi that he had an interest to visit north india at least once in his life time
    i said it may happen only if the god permits and totally forgot all and engaged in daily affairs of family , in the evening i found that our pm had announced demonitisation all banks were on leave

    will continue in my next letter sir i am unable to put it in words about the beautiful and kind maa in my life

    I want to share my experience about this miracle which changed my whole perspective about maa and her existence.
    I went there in 2009...I with my family started and completed darshan... while returning from the temple to katra we were on foot... we all know about the horses and ponies ride which rules over there...i was walking at the edge because of horses as i was exhausted i was not able to match speed with my family... i was pushed by one of the horse rider unknowingly and i was about to fall in khai suddenly at same time out of nowhere one horse rider pulled me up within seconds i was unable to experience the moment as the whole thing was so fast as if it happened in fraction of second.. i got life over there... second birth in same lifetime...tears roll down whenever i think of this incident..this is none less than a miracle in my life.. my beliefs towards her grows strong and strong... JAI MATA DI!!!!

    First of all jai mata di....I also want to share my experience wid all of u... Meri age 24 years ho chuki thi mere parents meri shadi ko le kr boht jyda preshan the, specially my mother.. Boht sare rishte dekh liye but koi bhi psnd na aaya. Meri mother maa vaishno devi ko boht manti hai. Subah sham unke aage pray krti thi ki meri beti ki shadi jldi hojaye. At the end 2014 mein maa ki kripa se mera rishta pakka hogya woh bhi love marriage or social site k threw mila jaise maa ne khud mere liye usey bheja and touchwood he is so caring and loving and in laws family is also very gud. Sooo want to share that ki rishta toh pakka hogya or ldke wale shadi jldi krna chahte the. But hmare pass koi savings nhi. Shadi ki date bhi fix ho chuki thi or hmare pass ek bhi paisa nhi tha. As mere father ne whole life ek bhi paisa save ni kia. Main or meri mother maa k samne baith kr din raat rote ki maa shadi k liye paisa kahan se aayega. Sab jgah bdnaami hogi. .. Toh its my personal experience ki maa ne aisi kripa ki k whole life main or meri family yeh experience nhi bhul skte.. Even also my father ki yeh chamatkaar kaise hua..Maa ki kripa se shadi k liye paisa bhi aaya. Or shadi itne ache way se hui ki all relatives were surprised ki inke pass itna paisa aaya kahan se??     Jai Mata Di. I also want to share my experience with you.My childhood dream was to become a judge. I have cleared pre and mains many times. It was my fourth interview. My father has got tickets booked for 18 people to vashno devi (including my sister's family). We did not know about date of mains exam at that time. Suddenly dates was announced and I found that exam was just two days after the planned date of return. I said to my father that I am not going as last days are very important for exam. He said to me that u will regret ur decision. If u go with me, u will get what u want. Then I agree to go with him but i said how will I reach to exam in other city. Suddenly one person give him all details of trains. I went to Vashno Devi ji and had very good darshan and said to Maa I have left everything in ur hands. During my exam I have found some shakti helping me and due to that I have rectified my mistakes in paper. Finally at time of interview I took flower i have got from punditji at Vashno devi and it is still fresh. With bkessings of Mata Rani My dream has come true of becoming a judge. Abb Maa ko mil k khushi share karne jana hai..Hey Maa hamesha Apne charno mein evam god mein rakhna... Sabki aas mata rani puri karegi...bus vishwass sacha aur pura hona chahhaiye...
